Festive Season Shutdown Period 2022
Dear Customer,
As a valued NEBDS customer we want to communicate to you the arrangements Independence Australia is putting in place for your dressing’s orders over the Christmas and New Year period.
Our Program Lead will be on leave from 12 noon Thursday 22nd December 2022 and will return Monday 16th January 2023. During this time our office will not be staffed.
Delivery Time Frames and Requirements
If you require delivery of your products prior to Christmas, please follow the ordering timelines below:
- Order by 9th December for those living in regional and rural areas.
- Order by 16th December for those living in metro areas.
These timelines will ensure that you will receive your order in time for Christmas. If you place an order after these dates, please note that we will not be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
For this festive period, we do recommend placing full orders so that you have a sufficient supply of dressings and are covered in the event of an emergency.
We will be back on board to take your orders on the 16th January 2023.
